All eBooks purchased through ebooks.shiftnap.com are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@shiftnap.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The email address used at purchase
- The title of the eBook
A reason for your refund is appreciated (it helps us improve), but it’s not required.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
